If all aligns and it sounds like we will be a great fit for your project, I will send you through a booking link to schedule in for a clarity call so we can really begin to dive deep into the specifics of your needs. Please allow 1 hour for this meeting.

Next comes your design proposal. This is where I will break down our entire project step by step, at you can expect and by when. After this you will be so damn excited. You will then approve and sign off on the proposal, the design contract and then pay your deposit to get started.

Once the invoice is paid, I will send you a link to schedule a meeting for our next brief process! YAY!

I will send through your Welcome Guide to your inbox and an invitation to my client portal where we will house all of our communications from now on, so that everything is organised and in one place.

After we have had our next brief meeting, I will then send you the brief summary for you to approve so we can move onto the next stage! Yahoo!!

Once approved I will begin the work for your Brand Board. I will send you a link to book our next meeting to showcase how your project has been elevated.

Once this has been approved, I promptly get to work creating your desired items, within the timeframe that we’ve discussed from the Design Proposal. You will be sent a link to book in our final Presentation meeting to unveil the final results.

I then shock and awe you with my magical creations in the final presentation meeting.

You sign off on the final concepts! And pay the invoice prior to the completion of the project and handover of files.

Depending on what our project was there may be additional training that I include so you know how to use your website, email/ social media templates for example.

One month later I will check in to see how you are travelling with everything ensuring you are able to make full use of everything we put together for you.
